My fishing buddy bought one of these reels a few weeks ago – needless to say he wishes he had not bothered. I love the tag on the Loop Page “Be tough on your Evotec CLWC. It will love it”
Purchased one of these recently. I’ve had six sea trout with it, but no […]
I have a confession to make – I received this DVD ages ago but due to one thing and another I never watched it until now. That’s the problem when you get stuff to review you can’t just hang around you have got to do it. When I buy a fishing DVD or movie I […]
These little clippers were great – electric blue, small (ish) they fitted on my lanyard perfectly and cut through mono very easily – I tried them with 20lb mono and they cut through it with ease. I would expect so to for £7.

I love getting sent books by authors; it gives me a warm fuzzy glow inside that someone actually might value what I say about their writings. Writers sending bloggers books to review is quite a new thing and I have got to admit it is a perk I quite like. However I have been dreading […]

Hit the Upper Clyde yesterday with a pal. It was bright sunshine with a chill in the air. There was a few Large Dark Olives coming off the water but did not see any trout rising at all.
As you can see, Allan is about as stealthy as Emanuelle when it […]
