i would have liked to have thought that after a god couple of weeks without doing any serious fishing i would actually hav edone quite well yesterday. When i got to the river it had risen by a good couple of feet , which should have been good although the water was very murky.
I spent a good while using a little spider by this submerged tree stump, ther was a few fish rising arond it , i had tried a fry fly but with no luck. They were iether just splashing it or spitting out….iether way they were to quick for me.
Im still not feeling 100% after being ill, i may go for a wee gander tommorow evening, or quite possibly in the morning. I was hoping that i would hav eseen a Salmon or sea trout by now. Ah well more in the morning maybes.
