Another Autumn coming into Winter and another realisation that your boots are simple not up to the job of keeping your feet warm and cosy?
Well, I have just the thing – Trespass Mens Aldor Waterproof Thinsulate Lined Snow Boots.
What they are:
- Warm
- Cosy
- Waterproof
- A rubber sole that sticks to rocks (do not take this to its extreme)
- Clumpy, they feel sturdy on your feet
What they are not:
- Walking boots (not serious ankle support) No problems with short walks though, I walked 2k around my local woods with no problems.
- Wellingtons – not high enough for deep holes, fine for puddles and obviously snow.
- Rocket boots
I have always likes Trespass gear, I have a rather warm jacket that I just bought from the store in Clydebank for half price. I got my boots from Outdoor Look.
The boots look great which means my wife is happy with me wearing them, the kids also wear them for comedy effect. With one pair of socks these kept my feet really warm and as they are mid-height boots they make up for the higher coverage offered by other options by being a lot nicer to wear with walking trousers and thermals.
I take a 9 and found they are a great fit.
I’m very happy with these and at the same price would gladly buy another pair.
