Two days to go before I am off to Brittany. That was a possible two evening sessions; I say was, as tonight I was planning on a session on a tributary of the Kelvin and unfortunately it did not happen. It was a warm humid evening which is optimal conditions but I got roped into tidying up the house. By the time I was free it was 10pm and no point in hitting the river.

    Dear Alistair,

    I’m really sorry : I asked my mates at mouche-fr.com forum if anybody knew good spots near La Baule, but I did not get any answer.

    Anyway - I’d be glad to tell you about the rivers near Lyon, if you come here some day :-)
