When I was a boy they were about to become extinct. So I love seeing them. They can eat all the fish they like.

Hey Carl, UK cormorants have never been and never will be an endangered species.They are not indigenous to inland waters and are fairly new invaders – they started coming inland around the 60s. Some useful info can be found here:
