Had a cast on the Kelvin tonight ,just above the weir next to the botanic ,stood on the weir ,have to be carefull,the water still cold ,had a few fishand saw 2 bait fishers catching small trouts ,did not see any catch and release from them ..what a shame ,that angers me ,but still had a good night ..
