I think that's what most Clubs do . They usually selll tickets as well when they find you without a permit . AIUI if the river is not under a Protection Order it's a Civil Offence and a Criminal Offence if it IS under a PO so in the latter case Plod can be called .

iv seen 1 from another patch move 1 or 2 plp so he could fish the bit were they fishin so he had no rights 2 do so
