Most anglers in Scotland have used Sepa’s pretty good river level site in the past and I reckon more folk will be using it even more in the future. For us on the Kelvin there are now three monitoring stations – the lowest [...] So Saturday was the opening ceremony for the River Kelvin – the actual opening day of the Salmon season was Friday however it was a kind of last minute decision to hold any kind of shindig.
